Terms of Service

By placing an order on Bika's Kitchen you agree to these terms. Orders are accepted only within Jamnagar city limits. Minimum order value may apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of ingredients or delivery constraints, with full refund.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Before confirmation: Orders can be cancelled any time before the kitchen confirms (status: Placed). Cancel via the My Orders page or by calling us.
  • After confirmation: Once status changes to "Confirmed" or "Preparing", cancellation is not possible as food preparation has begun.
  • After dispatch: No cancellations once the order is out for delivery.

💰 Refund Policy

  • All orders are currently Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment is collected.
  • If we cancel your order due to unavailability, no payment will be collected.
  • If food quality is found unsatisfactory (wrong item, severely underportioned, foreign object), please call us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will offer a replacement or credit on your next order.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind cancellations after food preparation has begun.

🚚 Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within Jamnagar city limits only.
  • Delivery is free on orders above ₹300. A ₹40 delivery fee applies on smaller orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 30–50 minutes. This may vary during peak hours or bad weather.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. We will attempt contact twice.
